Jose Herrera

Jose Herrera has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Director of Operations at Donaldson since January 2010, focusing on LATAM multisite operations management. Prior roles at Donaldson include Plant Director and General Manager at Partmo Colombia, where strategic commercial and supply chain leadership led to significant cultural and operational transformations. Jose has also worked as a Plant Manager at American Standard Brands, overseeing a large manufacturing plant and driving lean continuous improvement initiatives across the Americas. Early career experience at GE included roles as Project Engineer and Warehouse Supervisor, complemented by graduate distinctions in the Operations Management Leadership Program. Jose holds an Engineer’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and additional qualifications in Lean Enterprise Design from the University of Tennessee.
