Maria Dimitrova-Martin, CPIM, has a diverse and extensive work experience in supply chain management. Maria is currently the Global Supply Chain Director at Donaldson, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, Maria worked at Medtronic from 2019 to 2023, where they held several senior positions including Senior Global Inventory Manager, Senior Supply Chain Manager for General Surgery & Market Access, and Senior Supply Chain OpEx Manager. Before joining Medtronic, they spent a significant part of their career at 3M, where they held various roles including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Global Capacity Planning Specialist, Senior Supply Chain Process Leader, Supply Chain Analyst, and Product Planning Intern. Maria has demonstrated expertise in inventory management, advanced analytics, operational excellence, and process improvement.
Maria Dimitrova-Martin, CPIM, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Their field of study was Supply Chain Management & Marketing, and they completed this program from 2000 to 2004. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Maria completed their high school education at the 73. Deutsches Gymnasium Vladislav Gramatik, specializing in German Language, Literature History alongside the standard high school curriculum. Additionally, Maria has obtained certifications such as Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from 3M in 2017, APICS (Certified in Production and Inventory Management Program) in 2007, and Geschäftsdeutsch (Business German Certification) from Goethe Institut in 2003.
