Michael Pierce

Michael Pierce is an experienced operations and plant manager with a diverse background in manufacturing and production management. Currently serving as an Operations Manager at Donaldson since January 2022, Michael previously held various positions at Heartland Food Products Group from January 2014 to November 2021, including Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and Production Planner. Earlier experience includes a role as Process Resource at Nestlé USA from December 2008 to November 2013, where continuous improvement initiatives were implemented, and as Manufacturing Supervisor at Roche Diagnostics from June 1999 to December 2008, overseeing a team of full-time and contingent employees in a continuous production environment. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Human Resources Management from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
