Michelle Babb

Michelle Babb has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Michelle has held positions such as Principal Project Manager at Donaldson, Director of Operations at White, Vice President & Data Management Leader at U.S. Bank, and a range of leadership roles at GE Aviation, including Senior Manufacturing Projects & Initiatives Leader, Brilliant Factory Leader, Business Leader, and Data Business Leader. Michelle has also worked at GE Superabrasives as the Master Black Belt of Global Stable Operations, at GE Capital as a Performance & Development Manager/Six Sigma Black Belt, at GE Industrial as a Six Sigma Black Belt, at Howmet Aerospace as a Product Engineer, and at Lorin Industries as a Project Manager. Michelle Babb has demonstrated expertise in areas such as project management, operations, data management, manufacturing, quality control, and process improvement throughout their career.

Michelle Babb earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University between 1986 and 1990. In 1994 and 1995, they attended Baker College, although it is not specified if they obtained a degree in Accounting during that time. Michelle is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology/Technician and Veterinary Assistant from Penn Foster Group, which they started in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2022.
