Mie Maertens

Mie Maertens is an experienced professional in the field of human resources, specializing in compensation and benefits within the EMEA region. Since joining Donaldson in April 2017, Mie has advanced from an HR Assistant to the role of Senior Total Rewards Analyst, contributing to the optimization of organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Prior experience includes a role as a Talent Acquisition Assistant at PepsiCo, where Mie was involved in the full recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and employer branding. Academically, Mie holds a Master of Commercial Sciences (Human Resource Management) from KU Leuven, earned with Magna Cum Laude, as well as degrees from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole and Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel.
