Paul Genereux

Paul Genereux is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and process improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Business Process Analyst at Donaldson since August 2021, Paul previously held positions as a Marketing Data Analyst at Amplifon and a Business Operations Analyst at Further, where communication with IT and business stakeholders was key to project success. Prior to those roles, Paul worked at ClearStone Solutions, Inc. as a Sales Oversight Specialist, analyzing sales data and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Paul’s diverse background also includes significant contributions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota in various analytical and support roles, as well as in customer service at Cognosante. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
