Ridwan Setiawan

Ridwan Setiawan is an experienced leader in sales and operations management, currently serving as the Country Leader for Life Science at Donaldson since July 2022, overseeing the P&L for the Life Science and F&B business unit in Indonesia. Prior to this role, Ridwan held various positions at Diversey from October 2011 to June 2022, including Regional Sales Manager, where significant responsibilities included managing the F&B industrial hygiene business and leading a team of sales managers and technical personnel. Previous roles at PT. Aifa Health Indonesia and PT. Aifa Telekomunikasi involved sales and marketing supervision, project coordination, and account management, contributing to a solid foundation in the industry. Ridwan holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Universitas Teknologi Digital Indonesia.
