Robert van Nelson

Robert Van Nelson is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in treasury management and risk assessment. Currently serving as Treasurer at Donaldson Company Inc. since June 2003, Robert has held multiple roles including Assistant Treasurer and Manager of Treasury & FX Risk Management. Prior to this, a range of project management roles focused on housing and redevelopment were completed from 1992 to 2001 across various companies, organizations, and government agencies. Additionally, experience in the arts was gained through involvement in art department roles for theatres, television, and film productions from 1994 to 1999. Academic credentials include an MBA with a focus on Ventures Enterprise, Marketing, and Finance from the UMN Carlson School of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
