Rocío Muñoz Alderete

Rockie C. currently serves as Program Manager at Lonza, overseeing multidisciplinary project teams in clinical manufacturing of biologics and fostering global collaborations. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Scientist and Program Lead at CareDx, Inc., where Rockie spearheaded genomic diagnostics product development and authored a key peer-reviewed publication on biomarkers in kidney transplants. Earlier positions include Senior Scientist at Senti Biosciences, focusing on gene therapy projects, and a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles. Rockie began academic training with a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Medicine from The Johns Hopkins University and holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
