Susan Sperl

Susan Sperl has over 20 years of work experience. Susan most recently worked at Mortenson as the Director of Applications and PMO. Before that, they held various roles at Donaldson, including Director of Global IT - Customer, Product and Analytics, and Director - Global ERP. Prior to that, Susan worked at Arcadia Solutions as the SVP Product Strategy, and at Outsell, LLC as a Consultant and VP of Operations. Susan also worked at FICO (formerly Fair Isaac) for almost a decade, where they held various positions including VP of Product Strategy, Product Management, and Sales Support. Susan began their career at Accenture as an Associate Partner, where they focused on sales and delivery of customer care and billing solutions to Telecom and High Tech clients. Throughout their career, Susan has demonstrated expertise in program management, professional services, and process re-engineering.

Susan Sperl has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from the University of Minnesota. Susan also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, focusing on Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services and Finance. Susan has an additional certification in Pragmatic Marketing.
