Vijay Anand

Vijay Anand currently holds the position of Senior Manager Engineering II at Donaldson since November 2022, where responsibilities include establishing best practices and operational excellence in Modeling, Simulation, and Sensing Technology. Prior experience includes a tenure at Denso Subros Thermal Engineering Centre, first as Senior Manager of the Simulation Group, where Vijay developed resources for virtual validation and managed annual planning, and previously as Manager of the Simulation Group, supervising CFD activities and enhancing team efficiency. Earlier roles include Deputy Manager of CFD at Subros Limited, where design layout evaluations for automotive HVAC systems were conducted, and positions at Mahindra & Mahindra and Ashok Leyland focusing on simulations and aerodynamic optimization. Vijay holds an M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from BIT Sindri.
