Emily Faith

Emily Faith is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation management and expert witness services. Currently serving as the Litigation Services Manager at DONAN since January 2017, Emily oversees the division that connects attorneys with engineering and fire investigation expertise for litigation purposes. Previously, Emily was an Account Executive in Litigation Services at DONAN, assisting attorneys in identifying suitable experts for their cases. Earlier professional roles include serving as an Attorney at Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP, where Emily focused on medical malpractice cases, and as Managing Attorney at Bernheim & Dolinsky, LLC, managing plaintiff litigation in Kentucky. Emily began expertise in personal injury and workers' compensation defense as an Attorney-Partner at O'Bryan, Brown & Toner. Emily holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville.
