Mark Bordelon

Mark Bordelon is a certified fire investigator with over 25 years of experience in the fire service. They began their career as a firefighter and instructor at the Marksville Fire Department before advancing to fire investigator and fire chief. Since November 2013, they have served as a Lead Fire Investigator at Donan Engineering, conducting numerous cause and origin investigations across various sectors. Mark holds multiple certifications, including Certified Fire & Explosion Investigator and has been recognized as an expert witness in U.S. District Courts in Louisiana. They completed their EMT-B training at Central Louisiana Technical College and graduated from Marksville Senior High.
