Geeta Hegde

Geeta Hegde has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Geeta began working at Deshpande Foundation in 2011 as a Program Manager for LEAD, where they were responsible for scaling the LEAD program, organizing events and training sessions, marketing the concept of LEAD, handling project funding, and building networks. Geeta worked there until 2015.

In 2016, Geeta joined Infinera India Pvt Ltd as a Basic Kannada Trainer. Their role involved developing training content and facilitating employees to learn conversational Kannada. This experience allowed their to develop content and train individuals. Geeta was with the company for two months.

From 2017 to 2018, Geeta worked at RICH BRAIN ENTERPRICES as a Coordinator cum Art teacher.
