Carla Moore

Carla Moore is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and total rewards, currently serving as the Manager of Total Rewards at Donatos Pizza since July 2023. In this role, Carla leads the design and development of the company's total rewards program, focusing on compensation, benefits, and recognition initiatives while conducting benchmarking studies to maintain industry competitiveness. Prior to this, Carla held the position of Senior Compensation Strategist at various consulting firms, providing expert guidance on pay decisions and compensation-related programs, and served as Senior Compensation Consultant at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where Carla led a team in promoting best pay practices and fostering positive engagement. At OhioHealth, Carla's roles progressed from Compensation Coordinator to Senior Compensation Consultant, where contributions included a significant compensation redesign project and analytical reporting on compensation for employees and physicians.
