Rinke Eigenhuis

Rinke Eigenhuis, MSc., currently serves as an external expert in final assessments for the Business Administration and HRM program at Christelijke Hogeschool Ede, commencing in February 2024. Since March 2020, Rinke has held the position of Statutory Director at Donatus Verzekeringen. Previously, Rinke was involved in customer contact strategy and omnichannel management at Univé Verzekeringen from February 2018 to March 2020, contributing to significant organizational change initiatives. Rinke's extensive career in the insurance sector includes roles such as Director of Strategy & Customer Experience at NN, Managing Director and Chief Transformation Officer at ING Insurance Hungary, and various leadership positions at Nationale-Nederlanden. Rinke holds a Master's degree in Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has pursued numerous advanced leadership and management programs throughout the career.
