Hana Haas is an experienced operations and retail management professional with a strong background in overseeing store operations and enhancing customer experiences. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Done Right Merchandising since May 2023, Hana previously held the position of Store Manager at Ross Stores, Inc. from July 2018 to May 2023. Prior roles include Store Leader at PetSmart and multiple positions at Walmart, including Store Co-Manager, Asset Protection Manager, and Assistant Store Manager.
