Amy Testerman, PHR, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Donegal Insurance Group since October 2017, Amy has previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Fenner Precision, where responsibilities included aligning business objectives with employees, consulting management on HR issues, and developing integrated solutions across multiple business units. With a background that also includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist and Assistant Manager in the service industry, Amy possesses a diverse skill set supported by an MBA from Capital College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College.
