Erica Deswert-Ruggley, Esq, currently serves as Compliance Analyst Manager at Donegal Insurance Group since December 2018, having previously held the role of Compliance Analyst. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Compliance Consultant at Coulter and Associates from January 2012 to December 2018, and various legal positions including Contract Attorney at Deloitte and Sills Cummis & Gross P.C., as well as Judicial Law Clerk for the Superior Court of Delaware and the Court of Common Pleas in Kent County, Delaware. Erica Deswert-Ruggley earned a J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a B.A. in History from Ursinus College.
