Noland R. Deas

Noland Deas has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Field Operations & National Accounts at Donegal Insurance Group since July 2005, with previous titles including Sr. Regional Vice President and Regional Vice President. In addition to this role, Noland holds board member positions with the Virginia Property Insurance Association and the Professional Insurance Agents of Virginia and DC. Prior experience includes a position as Commercial Director at Access Insurance Company and various roles at State Farm Insurance, including Commercial Underwriting Team Leader. Noland began the career at Dixon Insurance Agency as a Producer. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Valdosta State University and an Associate of Arts in Accounting from Thomas University.
