William A. Folmar

William A. Folmar is the Senior Vice President of Claims at Donegal Insurance Group. Prior to joining Donegal, they served as Vice President of Claims at Southern Insurance Company of Virginia from October 1998 to October 2010. From August 1996 to October 1998, they were a Litigation Adjuster at Royal Insurance Company. William began their career in January 1988 as a District Manager at The PMA Group, where they worked until December 1993.

William A. Folmar attended Penn State University, where they earned a BS in Administration of Justice. William then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same school.
