Carol Gluski started their work experience in 2000 at Recruitment Enhancement Services, where they served in various roles including HR Coordinator, Senior HR Coordinator, Sales Recruiter, and Client Relationship Manager onsite at Kellogg HQ. In 2006, they joined Doner as a Recruiter and later progressed to become the Human Resources Manager. From 2013 to 2016, Carol served as the Director of Human Resources at Doner, overseeing talent, employee relations, benefits, training, and onboarding. Since 2016, they have been working as a Senior HR Business Partner at Doner, and as of May 2021, holds the position of VP, Director of HR.
Carol Gluski attended Western Michigan University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication and Business Management.
