Adam McKay has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Adam started their career in 2008 as a Manager at Sizzler Australia Pty Ltd, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Case Manager at Allianz Insurance, focusing on workers' compensation and managing injured workers from large businesses. In 2018, Adam joined Allianz Australia as a Senior Case Manager, where they worked until September of that year. Later in 2018, they moved to Solv and took on the role of Client Support Manager, responsible for managing occupational health, safety, and workers compensation claims for businesses. In 2019, Adam transitioned to the position of Lead Report Developer at Solv. Their most recent role is as a Technical Support Team Lead at HSI Donesafe, starting in May 2023. Additionally, Adam pursued their passion for music by working as a Musician at Heart Of Mind in 2012.

Adam McKay started their education at Picnic Point High School in 2003, where they completed their HSC degree in Music in 2009. Adam later pursued a Diploma of Advertising at Macleay College from 2010 to 2012.
