Marius Kildsig

Marius Kildsig has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Senior Business Project Manager within Asset Management at DONG Energy since 2010, where responsibilities include coordinating projects related to power plant availability and large rotating machinery. Marius has also held the position of Process Engineer in international Operational Asset Management, focusing on optimization projects for the Severn CCGT in the UK. Prior to DONG Energy, Marius worked as a Steam Turbine Engineer and Process Engineer at E2, managing technical projects and process optimization initiatives. Early career roles include Fluid Dynamics Engineer at the Danish Gas Technology Centre and research positions at the Technical University of Denmark and the Institute De Physique du Globe de Paris. Marius holds a Master of Science in Energy and a Bachelor's degree in Technology in Project Management, complemented by project management training from DONG Energy Academy.
