Pernille Hollerup

Pernille Hollerup has a diverse work experience in the field of competition law and procurement. Pernille started their career as a Special Consultant at the Danish Competition Authority in 1995, where they worked until 2001. In 2002, they joined Lind Cadovius as a Special Advisor until 2007. During this time, they gained expertise in competition law. In 2007, they joined DONG Energy Oil & Gas A/S as the Head of Team Legal - Competition & Tender Law. In this role, they were responsible for legal review of agreements, compliance, merger filings, and tender/procurement law issues. Pernille also served as a Special Advisor (competition law and procurement) at DONG Energy.

Pernille Hollerup attended Copenhagen Business School from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a degree in cand.merc.jur.
