Shannon Cheung

Shannon Cheung 张永康 is a seasoned entrepreneur and investment professional, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Averest Capital Group, an alternative investment management firm focused on venture capital, private equity, and hedge fund strategies. Additionally, Shannon co-founded and holds leadership roles in various companies, including VSPO, Likang Life Sciences, HERO GAMES, DIB Group, and allfootballapp.com. Shannon also contributes as an advisor and managing partner at Pivotal Bioventure China and founded Fin Society in 2013. Prior experience includes serving as Chairman and CEO of Arctic Capital and managing various senior roles at HSBC Global Banking and Markets over a decade. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Calgary.
