Justin S. is an experienced professional who has held various roles in customer service and project management. At Donkey Republic, Justin currently serves as the Head of Rider Support, overseeing a remote customer service team. Previously, Justin worked at SkatePro ApS as a Project Manager and Customer Service Team Leader, where Justin led teams and implemented new systems. Prior to that, Justin gained customer service experience at Webhelp, managing outbound and inbound services for Dutch clients.
