Mattis Jaama has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. From 2018 to present, they have worked at Donkey Republic, starting as a Fleet Assistant and eventually becoming the Head of City Operations. Mattis also held the position of Denmark Country Manager. Prior to that, they interned at Lundbeck in 2019. Mattis has been a Team Member at Eesti Orienteerumisliit since 2016. In 2016, Mattis started their own company, SMOC OÜ, where they ran a small B&B. Mattis was also a Ski Instructor at SUUSAKOOL OÜ and Stirling Experience Ltd. Mattis was a Team Member at Eesti Suusaliit from 2009 to 2014. Mattis also served as a Private in the Estonian Defense Forces in 2014 and worked as a Presenter for AS Mecro in 2008.
Mattis Jaama has a comprehensive education history, beginning with their Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics from the University of Tartu, which they completed between the years 2011 and 2015. Mattis then pursued a Master of Science degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from the same university, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017.
Continuing their academic journey, Mattis Jaama attended the Copenhagen Business School from 2018 to 2019, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Bioentrepreneurship.
