Courtney Jorgensen

Courtney Jorgensen is currently the SVP, Talent, Diversity, & Inclusion at Donnelley Financial Solutions. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Development at Echo Global Logistics from September 2016 to January 2019.

At Echo Global Logistics, Courtney was responsible for networking for talent, as well as developing talent through formal and informal training and development programs. Courtney enjoyed connecting people to great opportunities and helping them see their full potential. While at Echo, Courtney helped develop the employee value proposition and activate the company story.
