George Kollias

George Kollias is the VP, Human Resources, International at Donnelley Financial Solutions. Prior to joining Donnelley Financial Solutions, George served as the HR Director - Europe at Asurion from January 2018 to July 2019. In this role, they led a team of HR professionals to develop and execute the HR strategic plan to support Asurion Europe’s transformation in preparation for future growth.

Before their time at Asurion, George was with Bristol-Myers Squibb for seven years, where they served in various HR roles. From April 2014 to December 2017, they were the Talent Partner - European Markets, Australia & Canada and led and developed a team of Talent Advisors in the UK and Sweden to partner with HRBPs and business leaders in multiple countries, as well as global HR CoEs, to develop and execute an integrated talent management and workforce plan that supported business objectives. Prior to that, they served as the Reward Lead - European Markets from July 2013 to March 2014 and as the HR Director - Greece & Cyprus from July 2010 to June 2013.

George has a proven track record in leading HR teams and developing HR strategies that support business goals. George is a strategic thinker with a strong ability to build relationships and influence change. George holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Athens.

George Kollias has a Master of Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science in the field of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. George also has a Master of Arts from Lancaster University in Organizational Analysis and Behavior. Their undergraduate degree is in Economics from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon. George also has certifications in Building Business Relationships and Building Trust from LinkedIn, as well as being Chartered through the CIPD.

They work with Kirk Williams - Chief Human Resources Officer, Jennifer Reiners - General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, and Jons Besch - Chief Operations & Production Officer. Their manager is Dan Leib, President, CEO, & Board Member.
