Katherine Rice

Katie Rice is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and workplace services, currently serving as the SVP of Infrastructure and Workplace Services at Donnelley Financial Solutions since March 2017. In this role, Katie manages a global team that supports over 3,000 employees and 2,000 contractors, overseeing critical functions such as the Support Desk and Change Management. Additionally, Katie has a background in service delivery and incident management, having previously built the Major Incident Process at DFIN. Katie is also a member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women leaders. Previously, Katie held various managerial positions at OnX Managed Services and gained foundational experience as an IT Support Analyst at Hub Group. Educationally, Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems and Math from Loras College.
