Robin started their career in Human Resources at Merrill Lynch in 1998, where they worked their way up to Compensation Manager, Assistant Vice President. In 2002, they joined American Express as VP Global Mobility Services. During their eight years with the company, they were responsible for managing the company's global mobility program and overseeing all aspects of compensation and benefits for American Express employees worldwide.

In 2010, Robin joined Credit Suisse as Director, Senior HR Business Partner for Investment Banking. During their nine-year tenure with the company, they held various senior HR positions, including Head of HR for Regional Americas HR, which included leading HR teams in Canada, Mexico, Bahamas, and Brazil. Robin was also responsible for determining strategic objectives and setting annual goals/objectives for IB HR globally. Some of their other key responsibilities included managing diversity and inclusion initiatives, designing and managing annual people processes (e.g. 360 process, promotion processes, talent reviews, performance management, compensation), and overseeing global mobility programs.

Most recently, Robin was with Guy Carpenter as MD, Senior HR Leader for North America Broking and Securities. In this role, they led strategic HR initiatives for the front line re-insurance reps within North America.
