Janice Fritz

Janice Fritz, Esq. is an experienced professional in human resources and legal consulting, currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Donnelly-Boland and Associates since October 2023. Previously, Janice has held the roles of Attorney and Human Resources Consultant at Delaney & Fritz, P.C. since February 2019, and Director of Human Resources at InVision Human Services from April 2016 to February 2019. Janice also worked as Manager of HR and Legal Administration at Nestlé Health Science from October 2002 to April 2016, and as a Human Resources Business Partner at BCA Employee Management from August 2000 to October 2002. Early in the career, Janice was the Manager of Benefits and Recruiting at the First Occupational Center of New Jersey from October 1999 to August 2000. Janice holds a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Rhetoric from the University of Pittsburgh.
