Matthew Graves

Matt Graves serves as Donor Network West’s Vice President of Tissue Operations. Matt joined the team in 2021 coming in with over a decade of leadership experience in Tissue Recovery and Donor Operations. Matt began his career as a Tissue Recovery Specialist and quickly discovered that donation was his passion. Matt finds great personal fulfillment in facilitating tissue donation and helping donors and their families preserve a legacy of hope, bringing public awareness to the benefits and need for tissue donation in their communities, and being an advocate for the incredibly dedicated and selfless health care workers who expertly coordinate and surgically recover these lifesaving gifts.

A Nevadan native, Matt received his Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2010 and his Executive Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2018. He is also a Certified Tissue Banking Specialist and a member of AOPO’s Tissue Banking Council.

In his free time he enjoys staying active with his family, taking advantage of his close proximity to Lake Tahoe, and nerding out on a wide variety of art, music, technology, pop culture, and books.
