Amber is part of the Operations team as a Customer Support Manager. She leads a team of senior specialists by driving success through the customer experience. She comes from a customer support background, taking on multiple roles, and working for leading companies in tech and online streaming. She helped launch as well as manage a team in multiple lines of business, domestically and internationally. Amber’s passions are people development, building relationships, and customer experience.
