Geoff Hill

Geoff Hill is the current Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Fulfillment at DonorsChoose. Geoff has also held previous positions as the Vice President of Finance for Lionsgate's startup OTT/SVOD channels, the Director of Finance and Analytics for Daily Burn, and the Associate Director of Finance for Warner Music Group.

Hill is responsible for cash flow management, financial modeling, forecasting, and accounting. Geoff is also in charge of churn modeling, distribution platforms, user acquisition modeling, and 5-year plan creation. In their previous positions, they were also responsible for forecasting and financial modeling, customer lifetime value analysis, month-end close review, actual vs forecast analysis, and special projects. During their time at Warner Music Group, Geoff was a key team member in launching Daily Burn's merchandise sales channel.

After Geoff Hill graduated from Morehouse College with a BA in Accounting and Economics, they pursued a high school diploma from the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics. Geoff then went on to get a certification from Rutgers University in Supply Chain Management and another certification from New York in Certified Public Accountant.

They work with Tonisha Nicholls - VP, Partnerships, Janelle Lin - SVP, Business Development, and Kristina Joye Lyles - Head of Equity & Impact, Senior Partnerships Director. Geoff Hill reports to Alix Guerrier, CEO. Dot Doran - Senior Manager, Fulfillment System Operations, Dana Dragos - Finance Data Analyst, and Jim Kao - Controller report to Geoff Hill.
