Ryan Donovan

Ryan Donovan has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various industries. Ryan started their career as a Retail Sales Representative at The Hershey Company, where they focused on selling and organizing Hershey products in stores. Ryan also built strong relationships with store managers and market managers to optimize business performance.

Later, Donovan joined Yext as a Sales Associate, where they interacted with business owners across the US, explaining the company's product offering and closing deals to meet sales goals. Ryan also excelled in account management, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective implementation skills.

Most recently, Donovan served as the Chief Operating Officer at Donovan, leading the account and developing strategic client objectives. Ryan also managed internal agency team resources to provide optimal client service and fostered strong client/agency relationships.
