Mitchell Weidner has a diverse professional background with over a decade of experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as an Installation Specialist at Don's Appliances since September 2012, Mitchell is responsible for installing appliances in accordance with company policies and has extensive knowledge of household appliance operations. Prior experience includes working as a Line Cook at Laspadas Original Hoagies, where responsibilities encompassed customer interaction and food preparation. Additionally, Mitchell held the position of Shop Manager at Millenium Torque & Tensioning, overseeing the demonstration, repair, and maintenance of torque tools, and served as the Company Representative for sales and convention presentations. Earlier experience includes a role as Shift Lead at Primanti Bros. Restaurants, managing kitchen operations while adhering to safety guidelines. Mitchell holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Pittsburgh Technical College, completed in 2008.

Don’s Appliances is owned by the Hillebrand family, with the 2nd generation now running the business. Don Hillebrand started Don’s Appliances in 1971, having just celebrated 50 years of business in April 2021, during which time the business has grown to 11 stores in the Pittsburgh and Morgantown areas. We are a full-service company, providing our own service department to our customers. We work with just about all designers in the area.
