Melvin van Beekum

Melvin van Beekum is an experienced professional in talent management, events, and creative branding, currently serving as the Owner and Managing Director of Don't be Silent since January 2020. Additionally, Melvin co-founded Thisforme in 2016, a mobile app for gifting. Previous roles include Sales Manager Benelux at WildBrain CPLG and Hoofd Marketing, Promotie en Verhuur at Gebr. de Nobel. Melvin also owned Don't be Shy and Brndpact, focusing on creative branding and brand activation, respectively. Earlier experience includes management and marketing roles at Elan Strategie & Creatie, Quantes, and Artoos Communicatiegroep, starting with a commercial management position at WE Netherlands B.V. Melvin holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, obtained in 2006.
