Rafael Mira Prieto-Moreno is a seasoned entrepreneur and expert in collaborative intelligence. As Co-founder and Chairman of delibera since August 2016, Rafael guides leaders through complex challenges faced by top management. Throughout their career, Rafael has co-promoted the ICXCI Innovation Center for Collaborative Intelligence and is a founding partner of 14ymedio, Cuba's first independent newspaper. Additionally, as the Founder and CEO of dontknow, Rafael developed a unique social network for knowledge sharing. Rafael's experience includes serving as Partner at McKinsey & Company and Director General at Banco Santander, where Rafael co-founded B2B Factory. Rafael holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
