Carole Baker, PMP DASM

Carole Baker, PMP DASM, has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Carole most recently worked as a Financial Systems Program Manager at Donyati from September 2019 onwards. Prior to that, they were a Financial Systems Project Manager at Chrysalis Global Consulting - Aviation, Manufacturing, and Government Solutions from July 2017 to September 2019.

Before their roles in project management, Carole held positions in financial and management consulting services. Carole was a Principal at Solutions First, LLC, providing consulting services to regional companies from 2001 to July 2017. Additionally, they served as the CFO at Scalable Informatics from January 2013 to January 2017, where they managed financial and administrative activities for the high-performance computer manufacturer.

Earlier in their career, Carole worked as a Finance Manager at Blue Hill Development LLC, overseeing financial and administrative operations of a real estate development company. Carole also served as a Finance Manager at Zingerman's, managing cash, accounting staff, and implementing cost control measures.

Carole began their career as a Partner Manager at Au Bon Pain from 1990 to 1995. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their expertise in financial systems, project management, strategic planning, and financial modeling.

Carole Baker, PMP DASM has an extensive education history. Carole began their academic journey in 1978 and graduated from Huron High School in 1982. Carole then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in French at Carleton College, which they completed between 1982 and 1986. After a few years in the workforce, they decided to further enhance their qualifications and enrolled in the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Carole successfully completed their Master of Business Administration degree at this prestigious institution between 1999 and 2001. These educational experiences have undoubtedly equipped Carole with a strong foundation and expertise in various aspects of business and French language and culture.
