Matt Janecek

Matt Janecek has extensive work experience in the field of EPM integration and infrastructure consulting. Matt began their career as a Software Support Engineer at UpStream Software, where they quickly took on additional responsibilities in quality assurance and IT support. Matt then progressed to roles at Hyperion Solutions and Oracle, where they worked as a Senior Implementation Specialist and Senior Support Analyst, respectively.

After leaving Oracle, Matt joined Checkpoint Consulting as a Senior BPM Consultant, completing numerous phased implementations of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, FDM, BI, DIM, and Enterprise. Following their time at Checkpoint Consulting, they worked as a Senior Infrastructure and EPM Consultant at AdvancedEPM Consulting, Inc., installing various EPM products and constructing virtualized testing environments.

Matt also has experience as an independent consultant, leading a team in converting heavily customized FDM 11.1.2 applications for a global manufacturing company. Additionally, they have owned and operated their own company, Nocturnal Hosting, and served as the Technical Director and Managing Partner at SpinUtopia.

Most recently, Matt has held roles at OneStream Software and Donyati, where they have worked as a Software Engineer and Director of EPM Integration, respectively. In these roles, they have been involved in application development, project management, and data integration for various EPM systems.
