Keion Safargar

Keion Safargar is a skilled production potter at Stray Cat Studio, proficient in throwing, trimming, glazing, and processing pots, with experience in maintaining studio spaces and operating a pug mill. Previous roles include a teaching assistant at Doodle Bugs! Children's Learning Academy, where effective communication and classroom management were emphasized, and a teaching assistant at Elmira College, leading tutorials on ceramic techniques. Keion has also contributed as a gallery worker, clay mixer, personal shopper at Giant Eagle, Inc., and sandwich maker at Subway, demonstrating strong customer service and team leadership abilities. Keion holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Ceramic Arts from Elmira College.
