Ashley Y. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Ashley started their career as a Bicycle Mechanic at Champaign Cycle in 2013, where they worked until 2015. Concurrently, from 2011 to 2016, Ashley served as a Lab Technician at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, specializing in Molecular & Integrative Biology. In 2019, they joined Granular as a Data Specialist, a position they held until 2020 when they transitioned to become the Professional Services & Operations Manager until 2021. Currently, Ashley is working at Doodle, starting as a Customer Success Operations Manager from 2021 to 2022, transitioning to Head of Customer Experience until 2023, and ultimately taking on the role of Director of Customer Experience.
