Brett Anderson

Brett Anderson has a diverse and extensive work experience across multiple companies. In 2018, Brett worked as a User Support Specialist at ShipStation, where they resolved integration issues with various e-commerce platforms. In 2019, Brett joined data.world as a Technical Support Specialist, later becoming a Senior Support Engineer. In this role, they handled support tickets and also took on responsibilities such as Zendesk administration, data modeling, database administration, and technical writing. Brett's work at data.world involved various tools and technologies, including Jira, GitHub, Snowflake, dbt, Google Data Studio, Paligo, SPARQL, Python, HTML/CSS, and Vue.js. Currently, Brett is working at Doodle in the Support Operations role, starting in 2022.

Brett Anderson attended the Cockrell School of Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Brett also has additional certifications in GIS, including "Fundamentals of GIS," "GIS Data Formats, Design and Quality," "Geospatial and Environmental Analysis," and "Imagery, Automation, and Applications," all obtained through Coursera.
