Elena Filippi

Elena Filippi's work experience begins in 2015 as a Werkstudentin Sales Development Representative at Searchmetrics, Inc, where they worked until 2017. Elena then interned at Institut für Europäische Politik e.V. for a few months before joining DB mindbox as a Community Manager in 2017. After a year, they moved on to PayFit Deutschland as an Office and Happiness Managerin, where they worked until 2020. Currently, Elena is working at Doodle, where they have held several roles including People Ops Generalist, Senior People Operations Manager, People Operations - Experience Lead, and Head of People Experience.

Elena Filippi's education history includes several degrees and certifications. In 2010 to 2013, they attended Università degli Studi di Padova and obtained a bachelor's degree in Lingue, letterature e culture moderne, with a focus on modern languages. From 2014 to 2016, Elena pursued a master's degree in Contemporary European Studies (Euromasters) from the University of Bath and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, respectively. Lastly, they hold an IELTS Academic certification, although the institution and the year it was obtained are unspecified.
