Alfie Bogush

Alfie Bogush has a diverse work experience in the animation and motion design industry. Alfie is currently working as an Animation Director at Doodles, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Animator at Cub Studio from June 2019 to October 2021.

Before joining Cub Studio, Alfie worked as a Freelance Motion Designer from April 2017 to June 2019. During this time, they completed projects for well-known brands such as Doritos, M&S, Betfair, and Dyson. Alfie worked on various types of projects, including commercials, explainer videos, short promos, infographics, and UI design. Alfie had the flexibility to work remotely and in-house across different locations.

Alfie's career in the industry began at SeeThat - Full-Service Video Agency in January 2015, where they started as an Animation Apprentice. Over the course of a year, they learned the trade of an Animator under the guidance of a strong team. Alfie'sresponsibilities during this time included delivering morning coffees, office tidiness, and running errands. After completing their apprenticeship, they were promoted to the role of Junior Motion Designer/Animator. In this position, they worked on major client projects for companies such as British Heart Foundation, Adidas, St John Ambulance, and Asda. Alfie'swork ranged from short front boards to full animated video projects. This experience helped him develop key team skills and an understanding of the expectations in an in-house motion design role at a professional company.

Alfie Bogush has a diverse and comprehensive education history. Starting from 2007 to 2012, they attended Dorothy Stringer High School. During this period, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Following their high school education, from 2012 to 2014, they attended Varndean College where they pursued a BTEC Level 3 Creative Media Production degree. This program provided him with foundational knowledge and practical skills in the field of Creative Media Production. Moving forward, they enrolled at the University of South Wales from 2016 to 2019, where they specialized in Visual Effects & Motion Graphics. Here, they focused on acquiring expertise in Motion Graphics, honing their skills in this area of study. Throughout their educational journey, Alfie Bogush has gained a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of the creative industry, particularly in the fields of Motion Graphics and Creative Media Production.
