Doug Wilson has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as an intern at Door County Coffee and Tea Co., where they worked in accounting and project development and collaborated with the Town Board and local business owners for marketing activities. In 2011, they interned at Tait, Morrow and Company as an assistant investment advisor, attending client meetings and analyzing investment fluctuations. The following year, in 2012, they interned at Creative Business Services LTD, assisting in business mergers and acquisitions by researching potential buyers and soliciting corporate contacts. In 2013, Doug joined Door County Coffee and Tea Co. again, this time as a Director of Grocery & Mass, responsible for providing value-added services to drive business differentiation. In September 2020, they took on the role of Director of Business Development at the same company. In 2021, Doug became a co-founder of DoCo Capital.
Doug Wilson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. In addition, they also studied Economics at the University of Westminster in 2011.
