Rachel Kolstad

Rachel Kolstad is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as Specialty Clinics Coordinator and System-wide float RN at Door County Medical Center since September 2022. With extensive experience in various medical settings, Rachel previously worked as a Cardiovascular ICU RN and Neonatal ICU RN at Advocate Aurora Health, where responsibilities included managing complex patient care and facilitating sterile procedures. In addition to early roles in inpatient nursing and as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Rachel coordinated a tutoring program for elementary students and contributed to evaluation projects at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
