Ashley Adams

Ashley Adams is a versatile professional with extensive experience in education and wellness. Currently serving as a Yoga Instructor and Meditation Guide at Door County YMCA and a Substitute Teacher for Sturgeon Bay School District, Ashley contributes to student well-being and engagement. In the role of Director of Administration at Enlightened Living Center since January 2021, responsibilities include managing organizational communications, finances, and tenant relations, along with overseeing website development and marketing. Prior experience includes teaching science at various middle schools and serving as an Adjunct Professor at Cardinal Stritch University. With a strong foundation in yoga instruction from Peace Tree Yoga and a solid academic background in education, including a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a 200 Hour RYT certification in Yoga Teacher Training, Ashley combines pedagogical expertise with holistic wellness practices.
